Dr. Nav is a prenatal and pediatric family wellness chiropractor with a passion to educate and serve her community in Brighton, MI to create a healthier future for many generations to come. Dr. Nav is a graduate of University of Michigan and honors graduate of Life University in Marietta, Georgia where she earned her Doctorate of Chiropractic. She practices with her fiancé and Michigan native, Dr. Kyle Conn. Together they have a beautiful puppy and a desire to help people become well from the inside, out.

Dr. Nav’s chiropractic journey began when she chose to visit a chiropractor to help her long standing back pain while studying to earn her undergraduate degree. She discovered that while back pain may have been the reason she first began chiropractic care, the reason she chose to become a chiropractor was far more powerful that she could have ever imagined. As a child, Dr. Nav struggled staying well, frequenting the pediatrician’s office. Recurring bacterial infections, migraine headaches, difficult menstrual cycles, digestive irregularities and low back pain beginning in her teenage years was a part of her “normal” life. That paradigm of health changed when she learned about chiropractic and found that chiropractic care not only helped her pain but more importantly helped her function better and live a greater quality of life. Her depression and anxiety disappeared, her menstrual cycle regulated, she no longer got headaches, and her digestion improved. She began to realize how powerful chiropractic truly is. Dr. Nav became a chiropractor because she believes that the best time to begin chiropractic care is at birth to foster health and optimum function throughout life and to prevent disease and pain before it begins. She wants to see children have a healthier start than she did, and for parents to know there is hope and options beyond what they may have been given.

Today, Dr. Nav loves to work with pregnant moms, babies, and children to help them create the best life possible from the start. She has a special interest in caring for children with neurodevelopmental challenges such as ASD, and ADD/ADHD. She holds advanced certification in the Webster technique designed for pregnancy care. She has completed hundreds of hours of additional education through the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association to specialize in pediatric and family care, and additional education in managing pediatric NDDs. She hopes that families understand that gentle, specific chiropractic care is a natural, normal part of developing and maintaining a healthy spine and expressing whole body wellness without drugs or surgery.
